Terms of use

The voucher can be used on weekdays (all week except for Friday and Saturday night stays), except blackout periods.
An extra fee applies for usage between June 14–30, 2026, if your voucher does not include the seasonal surcharge. For exact pricing, please contact our staff.
The vouchers can only be used for services booked on our website or with the help of our colleagues (via telephone or email), by supplying the unique serial number of the voucher. Please bring the voucher with you for your stay at our hotel.

The use of the vouchers is subject to prior arrangement and depends on hotel capacity. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold commercially.
