Terms of use

The voucher can be used on weekends and weekdays, except blackout periods.
The vouchers can only be used for services booked on our website or with the help of our colleagues (via telephone or email), by supplying the unique serial number of the voucher. Please bring the voucher with you for your stay at our hotel.

The use of the vouchers is subject to prior arrangement and depends on hotel capacity. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold commercially.
